Learning technology company Think Learning celebrates key year of growth and new appointments

Think Learning – a Totara Platinum Partner is celebrating a year of growth with major client wins which increases their customer base by 50% and new key appointments to strengthen its team.

The company has recruited two new experienced employees within the last few weeks expanding its workforce with investment in the areas of software development and project implementation. These new hires, and four additional technical developers, are to continue its accelerated growth and support its expanded customer base.

Think implement Totara Learn, its open source learning platform in all industries both public and private sectors. Its clients are in the Banking, Legal and Government sectors including well-known names such as the Law Society and the Cabinet Office.

Most of its clients represent highly regulated sectors demanding bespoke, compliant training processes and rigorous systems. Think’s Learning Management System supports a range of enterprises, from a 500 employee specialist legal consultancy to Acute NHS Trusts with 16,000+ employees.

CEO Shaun Wilde said ‘I am proud of our team in achieving this growth allowing us to expand services to new and existing customers. Our strengthened team will provide clients with rapid, bespoke developments and enhanced functionality such as integrated Workflow tools, mobile app and WordPress integrations.’

The company has strong expertise in Healthcare supporting 250,000 NHS employees in 40 NHS Trusts across the UK. Think is the largest supplier of Learning Management Systems commercially procured by NHS Trusts. Most customers have national and international reputations such as Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Oxford University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, NHS Professionals and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
