Think Learning will demonstrate how to transform talent and learning management at Learning Technologies 2022, alongside their clients The Law Society and Circle Health Group.
The last few years have been incredibly turbulent for L&D practitioners. From the pandemic through to the skills-gap crisis, L&D teams are having to find new ways of training, managing and engaging with their people. Think Learning, a Totara Platinum Alliance Partner, has a solution to this challenge: Totara TXP. And they’re heading to Learning Technologies 2022 to empower L&D practitioners to take control of the modern learning experience.
Hosting two seminars at the Learning Technologies Exhibition, Think Learning will be joined by two clients – The Law Society and Circle Health Group – to demonstrate learning best practice through the Totara Ecosystem.
Tom Duffelen, Senior Solutions Manager at Think Learning, will be joined by Dr Chris Walsh, Head of Learning & Development at The Law Society, on Wednesday 4th May in Theatre 11. In this session, Tom and Chris will discuss how to monetise learning by integrating a custom ecommerce platform with Totara’s ecosystem. The Law Society uses this creative and innovative approach to manage learning provision for over 60,000 members, whilst also enabling management of member exams through the online portal.
On day two of the exhibition, Think Learning’s Commercial Director, Matt Mundey, will be joined by Kevin Avis, Learning and Development Business Partner at Circle Health Group to discuss how Totara TXP has enabled the Group to transform organisational talent management.
Commenting on both seminars, Matt Mundey said “We are coming to Learning Technologies with one clear message: L&D must start expecting more of their learning platforms. Whether that’s unlocking themselves from their providers’ roadmap, exploring more integrations or layering their platforms with ecommerce functionality or similar – it’s time for L&D to do more with their learning platforms.”
“In the long two years since we last attended Learning Technologies, a lot has changed at Think Learning” continued Matt, “we have won Top Seller Award 2020, we have grown phenomenally and brought some exceptional talent onboard at Think Learning, and most of all, we’ve helped our clients take their learning to new heights – throughout two of the most difficult years faced by businesses worldwide. We couldn’t be more proud of all we’ve achieved, and we’re ready to help more organisations do more and expect more from their learning platforms.”
Think Learning are exhibiting at Learning Technologies on stand F10, and are hosting the following two seminars:
